Why Hatred ?

Why hatred?

Life isn’t fair. We all know that don’t we. But no one promised us it would be. This is a basic thought line which would help us face life’s challenges.

Yes Sir Life is never fair!! Helps doesnt it ?

Now looking beyond this superficial thought, let us go deeper. The bigger picture.

Have u noticed that a few people tick us off in seconds. Some people look like our arch enemies, some our born tormentors.

Funnily, we wouldn’t have been acquainted to half of them. So why hatred?
Hatred is one ego’s most potent tools in its armoury. Hatred gives us an identification, a sense of power and injustice in a world which celebrates the ruthless.
Hatred feels like a fire sword given to us in the heat of the battle. Only downside is our enemies are nonexistent and there exists no battle.
Hatred on the contrary cuts you into pieces while the object of your hatred walks along unharmed.
The truth is, hatred is futile. It hurts you more than anyone. Because the conscience, your true self doesn’t recognize it. In geeky terms its like a crooked pendrive. You soul doesn’t detect it.
We are limited, our capacity to SEE is trivial. We are after all a speck in the zillion galaxies around.

One way to quell hatred is to respect the bigger picture. The master plan our brain doesn’t know an iota about. Humility to a higher power helps. Sometimes the person hurting u helps you more than the ones gushing about you. Sometimes the greatest curse might be the greatest blessing. Life is a game of musical chairs. You cant afford to love or hate anyone for long because in the bigger scheme of things it doesn’t matter.

All our life experiences, love or hatred are different pathways towards the same journey.

Some days roses fall..Some days thorns.

Like the Buddha says, anger and hatred are holding on to fire.
You are the one getting hurt :)
